Oregon Jobless Rate Stuck for Nearly a Year
Oregons seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 10.6 percent in September, unchanged from August — and has barely budged for almost a year, the state said Tuesday, providing ample political ammunition as the last state jobless figure before the Nov. 2 election.
